Manuscripts should be submitted as PDF files. Authors need to use Adobe Acrobat to convert word processing files to PDF format files (there is a fee for this software). In converting, it is strongly recommended authors to avoid using Acrobat PDF Writer. The configuration files were designed to create PDF files using the Acrobat Distiller Job Options (for Windows/Macintosh). Please download the appropriate file, and post it in the proper location on your computer.
