On October 23-25, the 8^th CSJ Chemistry Festa was held at Tower Hall Funabori, Edogawa City, Tokyo, hosted by the Chemical Society of Japan. This event is a major Chemistry networking event in Japan, where over 3,000 participants are expected to attend. The participants ranged from researchers and industrialists, to students and other individuals involved in chemistry in some capacity.

This year, CSJ has newly launched English website (http://www.csj.jp/festa/2018/guideline_for_rgst_en.html) to welcome international participants.
