CSJ Lectureship Award

The chemical society of Japan holds the Asian International Symposium at our annual meetings held every March. This symposium is held to promote the relationship among young Asian chemists. CSJ has invited about 260 chemists since the 87th Annual Meeting and celebrated them as Lectureship Awardees. The International banquet "International Chemists' Evening" is held during the meeting period and the awards ceremony takes place at the same time.

Keynote Lecture

The Lectureship Award is awarded to young distinguished Asian researchers (45 years old or younger) and is given to those who have achieved remarkable results in chemistry fields. Lectureship Award winners are requested to give a Keynote Lecture during the CSJ Annual Meeting.

Asia Special Lecture

The Asia Special Lecture has been established with the aim to invite researchers from a wide range of Asian countries. Lecturers must be senior (46 years old or older) who made significant contributions to a chemistry field.
This lecture category started from the 99th Annual Meeting.
