Prof. Hiroaki Suga is appointed as the President-Elect of the CSJ

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Hiroaki Suga (Professor, The University of Tokyo) has been appointed as the next president-elect of the Chemical Society of Japan.

Online voting of the CSJ members to choose the president-elect began March 19 and ended on April 19. On May 10, the board of directors has approved the resolution adopted by the poll results, and Prof. Suga is officially appointed as the president-elect. His term of office is two years, and it will start from the date of the General Assembly Meeting in May, 2022.
